Sterling Community School's budget development process is highly collaborative and participatory among the administrative team, Board of Education, local political leaders and community members. The Board of Education and Administrative Team meet with the Sterling Selectmen and Boards of Finance members several times between January and April. Our commitment to the Board of Education's goals enhances organizational focus and guides the decision-making and fiscal management of the district.
