Community Outreach

Sterling Community School district and school administrators are committed to maintaining open, transparent communication with the school community. Therefore, in-person conversations, public office hours, phone calls,  emails, e-newsletters, website postings, public hearings, public meetings, “expert” hearings, stakeholder forums, “myth-busters” Q & As, FAQs, surveys, autodialing recorded messages (School Messenger), and school-based “suggestion boxes" will all be used, as appropriate, to communicate with and to our stakeholders. We define "stakeholders" as our students, their parents, the staff, the union employee groups, Sterling public officials, and community leaders and community groups.
