The Sterling School District Human Resources Office is located in the Superintendent's office suite in the main lobby of the Sterling Community School, also referred to as the District Central Office. The Superintendent's Executive Assistant, Beverly Boyd, serves the Human Resources Manager, as well as Clerk for the Sterling Board of Education. Beverly Boyd has served the Sterling School District for the past fourteen years and performs many important tasks related  to the management of human resources records.

The Human Resources services component of Beverly Boyd's job connects her with both district and school-based personnel as she assists with the District's efforts to seek, attract, employ, and retain the most highly qualified employees for the school district. Thus, job postings and the facilitation of the District's adopted hiring procedures are among Beverly's primary duties.

The Human Resources Manager maintains all personnel files / records for Sterling employees and facilitates the administrators' and teachers' use of the District's adopted web-based performance evaluation and professional development data management system.
